CM103 Solvent-free epoxy floor coating system
This two-component product is mainly prepared by epoxy resin,curing agenet.
CM-103 is a two-component solvent-free product. The components A and B do not contain any organic solvent. The two components can be directly mixed and no need to add other organic solvents to dilute. Please read this instruction carefully when using it. Advantage:Drying at room temperature, high hardness of the condensate, good leveling and anti-floating color performance, thick coating can maintain high gloss, can effectively eliminate the construction roller printing, good adhesion, epoxy floor coating has good wear resistance, impact resistance.

Construction Reference
Substrate treatment: The surface is treated before use. The surface of the substrate is required to be clean and dry, and there must be no accumulation of water, oil or other impurities.  Weighing: According to the need, please use the scale to accurately weigh the weight required for the two components A and B. Mixing and stirring: The proportionally weighed A and B components are placed in the same container, and can be mixed and evenly mixed by using a hand blender or the like. The two-component mixing and stirring material should be used up within 40 minutes, otherwise the effect of polymerization will be affected. Construction: It can be applied after mixing evenly. Toothed trowel can be used for construction. The substrate temperature should be higher than 10 °C during construction, and the relative humidity of the air should be lower than 70%. If the temperature is lower or the humidity is higher, the drying time and recoating interval should be extended appropriately. Good ventilation should be maintained during construction in narrow and enclosed spaces. Maintenance: After the completion of construction, it should be maintained for more than 7 days. During this period, damage to the construction site should be avoided.
